Welcome to Live Shopping’s 12.12 Mega Campaign! These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the 12.12 promotional event. By purchasing any product or offer under this Campaign, you agree to comply with all rules stated below. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Campaign Overview
The 12.12 Mega Campaign is a limited-time promotional event organized by Live Shopping, offering special discounts, exclusive bundles, and exciting price deals. Selected products across various categories will be offered at promotional prices. This campaign is valid only during the specified campaign period or while stocks last. Live Shopping reserves the right to modify, extend, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Participation & Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to all customers purchasing through Live Shopping’s official channels, including the Website, Mobile App, Social Media Pages, and Live Sessions.
- To participate, customers must place orders and confirm advance payment (via Cash on Delivery or Online Payment).
- By placing an order, customers automatically accept all Terms & Conditions of the 12.12 Mega Campaign.
Product & Pricing Policy
- All products under the 12.12 Mega Campaign will be available at a fixed price of ৳1212 only.
- Each price point or bundle may include various categories, designs, or collections.
- Promotional images are for illustration only. Actual product color, design, or size may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
- All product information, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
Order Policy
- Orders are considered confirmed only after proper verification via phone call, SMS, or automated confirmation system.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details, including delivery address and contact number.
- Live Shopping will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or replaced under any circumstances.
Payment Policy
- Accepted payment methods include Online Payment, Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Debit/Credit Cards.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once completed.
- In case of failed online payments due to technical issues, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
Color, Design & Box Policy
- Items may be delivered in any available color, design, or combination depending on stock during packaging.
- Customers cannot request specific colors or designs, and no complaints or changes will be accepted regarding the received item.
- All items inside any box or bundle are final and non-changeable.
- Customers must accept the parcel as delivered without seeking replacement or rejection based on personal preferences.
No Return / No Exchange / No Refund Policy
- All sales under the 12.12 Mega Campaign are final.
- No Return, No Exchange, No Refund will be allowed for any reason.
- Customers must accept the product as delivered, including size, color, and design.
- Size or color changes will not be allowed once an order is placed.
- Refusing a confirmed delivery or attempting to return items may lead to disqualification from future campaigns.
Product Quality & Inspection
- All products under the 12.12 Campaign undergo strict quality checks before packing and dispatch.
- Minor stitching variations, color tones, print differences, or manufacturing inconsistencies are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
- Every parcel is sealed properly to ensure secure delivery.
Damaged or Defective Product Policy
In rare cases of damage during transit:
- Customers must record a continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel.
- Contact liveshopping.com.bd@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide video/photo proof along with order details. Claims without proper evidence or made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Replacement may be offered only if stock is available and the damage is verified by our Quality Assurance Team.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Delivery & Logistics
- Delivery time may vary based on customer location and courier workload.
- Estimated delivery time will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Live Shopping is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Customers must remain available at the provided address during delivery.
Campaign Duration
- The 12.12 Campaign will run for a limited time as announced on our official channels.
- All offers will expire automatically at the end of the campaign period.
- Live Shopping reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign duration at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
All creative materials, logos, promotional designs, and product images used in the campaign are the exclusive property of Live Shopping. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
Disqualification & Fraud
- Live Shopping reserves the right to reject or cancel any order involving fraudulent activity.
- Block customers using fake accounts, misusing coupon codes, or violating policies.
- Blacklist users for abusive behavior or repeated violations.
Limitation of Liability
- Live Shopping shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier partners or external factors.
- Minor variations in product color, fit, or design.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
In all cases, liability is limited only to the amount paid for the purchased product.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
